At Hutch, we offer 4 distinct programs designed to support entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re just starting out, ready to scale, or looking to refine your high-value contracts, our programs provide the mentorship, tools, and strategic guidance needed to drive growth. From Hutch Launch to Hutch Breakthrough, each program is tailored to meet your unique business needs and help you succeed in the tech and government contracting sectors.

1. 1. 1. Who can join? 

         • We’ve focused Hutch on government digital services companies that are socially minded and want to scale. Are you an energetic entrepreneur who’s committed to giving back to your city? We want you in our 2025 cohort!
           1. You must be the founder or highest ranking officer of a small business (one person per company)
           2. Your business must do work in the digital services space, and either currently be in or planning to work in the public sector
           3. You must be ready to dig deep and actively participate in every session, and you must be an empathetic individual who is ready to listen to and learn from others. 
      2. How to apply
         • Check your availability – Review the session schedule and ensure you can commit to at least 10 hours per week to work on your business.
         • Submit your application – Apply online! We accept applications on a rolling basis.
         • Interview with us – If you’re a good fit, we’ll invite you for an interview.
         • Get notified – If accepted, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your next steps.

      4. Tuition
         • Tuition fees will be $5,000
         • We offer installment plans of $1,000 per month due on the 1st of every month for 4 months.
      5. Scholarships
         • We want people with skin in the game, and we also want you to be committed to finishing the program. Those that show up and complete the class successfully will get a $1,000 refund on tuition costs upon graduation.
