Fearless and Hutch proud to take part in US/UK Dialogues on the Future of Atlantic Trade
In 2021, US President Joe Biden and UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson signed the new ‘Atlantic Charter’ agreement at the G7 Summit. The charter reinforced the special relationship between the US and UK, affirming the two countries’ shared values.
One of the results of this agreement has been the U.S./UK Dialogues on the Future of Atlantic Trade — a series of discussions focused on exploring how the U.S. and UK can work together on innovative trade policies that advance both countries’ interests and priorities. These talks aim to support inclusive economic growth for people, businesses, and communities in both the U.S. and the UK.
Fearless and Hutch have had the privilege of participating in these important discussions. In March, we hosted a tour for the US Trade Ambassador, Katherine Tai, the UK’s Secretary of State for International Trade and President of The Board of Trade, Anne-Marie Trevelyan MP, and Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott in our Baltimore offices.
And this past week, we continued this important conversation in the UK.
“The U.S./UK Dialogues further our Fearless mission of creating a world where good software powers the things that matter,” said TJ. “It was a privilege to have a seat at the table and advocate for small and medium-sized enterprises on a myriad of topics that will influence the future of international digital trade policy.”
