Hutch’s network of coaches, mentors, and partners are always available to our cohort companies, and the intimate cohort experience allows them to build lasting relationships with mentors and potential future partners that will be valuable far beyond their time in Hutch.

We don't assign busywork; the program is designed to equip our entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge they need when they need them, enabling our cohort companies to deepen and focus their core capabilities.

Who can apply?
Hutch is focused on supporting government digital services firms that are dedicated to giving back to their communities. To be eligible for our program, you must:
Be a founder:
You must be the founder or highest ranking officer of a small business with some experience in government contracting. (Note: Only one person per company can be accepted into the program)
Be team digital services:
Your business must do work in the digital services space and you must either currently be working in the public sector or be planning to do so. Your business must have a community component and commitment to giving back.
Be down for Baltimore:
You must be willing to travel to Baltimore once a month for in-person classes, post-pandemic.
Be ready to dive deep:
You must be ready to dig deep and actively participate in every session, and you must be an empathetic individual who is ready to listen to and learn from others.
